Good location away from central Blackpool. Plenty of free parking, taxi's and buses available if required. Walking distance to the zoo, or Stanley Park. Great facilities on offer. The pool are is excellent for families. Rooms are good, modern enough although some signs of minor wear.
We were put in a large room with sea views which was very clean and had all we needed in it, The food was very good,The price was very reasonable. Would recommend.
Nice quiet part of Blackpool . Hotel quite even with a wedding taking place. Comfortable room and good night sleep. Only critism lift nearest to our room could only use to go down and through a fire door as other access was closed off due to the wedding function .
we had a good time, wonderful views, excellent friendly staff, good service always. great bar food, good value, and lots to do withing the hotel, good quiz night and excellent pool.
Not sure about Expedia again but hotel needs to upgrade entertainment on an evening also cut price of bingo or pay out all money otherwise not bad
Location suited us, quieter area and easy off street parking on the side streets. Room as expected, Good value and offered one night weekend stay during the illuminations. Wifi did not work in our room - suspect it only works in lounge area and not the rooms. Think we also missed out on our breakfast. ...

Lancashire is renowned for its famous dish, the Lancashire Hot Pot, a stew of meat and vegetables topped with slices of baked potato. Try this at your three-star hotel in Lancashire and perhaps end the meal with a cheese board, which will certainly feature amongst its other offering a few varieties of the famous crumbly Lancashire cheese. Regional specialties are a favourite with the restaurants here too, and in towns and cities like Manchester, Blackpool, Rochdale and Fleetwood you'll have plenty of seasonal cuisine to choose from. Every Lancashire 3-star hotel and guesthouse will offer local dishes and give you a warm welcome. Between meals, get out and about in the countryside, which is as good as anything the neighbouring Lake District has to offer, and with fewer visitors you'll also have a lot more space.
Lancashire is especially rich in castles and abbeys, legacies of the days when this part of England was constantly fought over by kings and nobles and was never at peace for very long. Their upsets are our gain, however, and the romantic ruins that dot the landscape are within easy reach when you stay at a Lancashire three-star hotel or guesthouse in the region. There are also many fine stately homes, and formal parks such as Williamson Park, which are perfect for a day out in the summer from your three-star hotel in Lancashire.
In addition to its great country estates, castles and abbeys, Lancashire has one of the most attractive stretches of coastline in the UK. Some of its most exciting towns are to be found here, such as Blackpool with its famous pier, tower and nightlife. Stay at a suitable Lancashire three-star hotel in Blackpool or Southport and you'll have the perfect base for a great traditional British seaside getaway, with all the sand, sea and entertainment you could possibly want, and hopefully some sun as well!
