"Good potential but had to negotiate for access to swimming and breakfast on check-in (which was part of listing in the first place!). Quite embarrasing to have to do this in front of other guests in the line when it should have been straight forward. Family enjoyed the stay in the end thankfully. The image of the Hydro-Spa should be removed as its an extra fees."

"Great spot for a short stay"

"Apart from a couple of shaky dining chairs it was perfect"

"Second time here and for another family funeral . Lovely property with fabulous views"

"What a great place this is! The cottage is really cosy and well laid out. Trawden is gorgeous, and the community shop is well worth a visit or two. Alex is an excellent host. Highly, highly recommended."

"The house was bright and airy with a proper seaside feel to it. There was bread and milk provided when you arrived which was nice to not have to mess around getting them at the last minute. There was a fan available and it was very warm so this was welcome. The bed was comfortable and it was great that we could take our dog and there was plenty of room in the yard for him. "The caravan was in pristine condition when we got in. They have tea, coffee and sugar available in the kitchen, cleaning and bathroom essentials are also available. We really enjoyed our stay and we couldn’t recommend this property enough. The owner was also nice and friendly and answers to queries right away! 10/10!"

"Quick and easy to check in - lovely and comfortable in a relaxing location - good transport links."

"We stayed 2 nights here, the hot tub was clean and ready for when we arrived. The bed was very comfy! And everything was clean and tidy. The pod was Warm cosy and very private. The hamper was a cute addition! They provide a book of local things to do and places to eat which was helpful. They are things to do near by like lockdown escape rooms, Liverpool and Southport. Plenty of Ubers around too! We had a lovely few nights away x"

"This property is lovely and would recommend providing the below points are addressed. We sent our list to the owner and feel confident that the issues will be dealt with as she was unaware of the problems. The Kitchen had equipment/furniture missing or broken, including toaster, tin opener, dining chairs (missing bolts which were in a pot on the window sill), and oven gloves. Clock, Quooker tap, light over dining table and clock not working. The beds were clean and comfy but there was rubbish...
