"A really cute set of ground-floor, en-suite rooms in the rear garden of the Tea Rooms. Small, but well designed with very comy mattress, good-sized TV and a nice litlle breafast-bar for doing the tea and coffe stuff on. Only TINY quibble is that the sink in the shower/toilet is a bit too small, but the quality of the fittings are very good..Great location on the mail street and inrestricted parking just around the corner."

The TV was a little unreliable- probably due to Wi-Fi connectivity but it wasn’t a big issue. There’s ironing boards and irons but the info sheet didn’t say how to find them - in a cupboard on ground floor for future reference. The property was generally quiet and we felt safe. Just about 10 minutes away walking distance was the Magdalen inn which had great food - maybe a tad...
