Had to sleep in our car. We got stuck in traffic and missed the check in window by 20 minutes. There was no one around, the phone rang to an empty desk, and no way to check in late, which is unheard of in my experiences of hostels. My family of 4 was forced to sleep in our car outside until the following morning. They then checked us in with a pencil and clipboard. Very unprofessional. Terrible experience. The toilet is clean but the bath is small. Sharing the kitchen is fine but the utensils are slightly old and some are rusty. Having said that, the staff are friendly.
