Was a comfy, nice stay in a old fashioned style room. Lovely shower and clean room. Good bus services near, walkable distance to town. Bed was a bit hard but comfortable. Fresh towels and cleanEd the room nice after our night stay. We weren't up in time for breakfast but it looked nice :)

"Excellent hotel for its type"
Hotel is quiet, clean, and well maintained. It's a bit outside of town, but the #3 tram takes you downtown in 10 minutes. There is parking for those with cars. The proprietor is friendly and very helpful. I would stay there again.

Single traveller on one night trip to oxford. Diana was accomodating when I arrived late - no fuss with rooms. Stayed in a single room - small but very comfortable. Everything clean and orderly. Great breakfast! Overall Diana's place is a great place to stay if you are going to oxford!

"Pricey But Comfortable Enough"
We had a christening to go to on the weekend we stayed and it was the only hotel with a room available. After reading the reviews across several sites, I did think that I'd made a mistake by booking into this hotel.Thankfully all fears were brushed away when we checked in. The staff member that checked us in was pleasant (she's French, not sure about the other reviewers commenting on Eastern Europeans). The room was a large size as was the bed, which was also very comfortable. The fan in the bathroom was very noisy and very annoying. Admittedly, we didn't use any of the facilities (Bar etc) to comment on. My only complaint about the Jersey Arms was the price I paid for the room. I'd expect to pay £45-60, not the £89, which didn't even include breakfast! If I was staying in Biscester again, I'd seriously consider staying at the Jersey Arms again.

"Small room, hard to get around via public transpor"
I stayed in the single room. It's quite small, but the bed was comfortable. Shared bathroom facilities. The people in other rooms were quite loud at times.
