"The buffet breakfast was excellent and the cappuccino was to, from a proper machine at the bar.The 2 owner brothers were approachable and answered any questions that we had and overall the hotel was more like a 3 star than a 1 and good value. Also the AC in our triple room was great and the shower was quite powerful. "We had a very comfortable stay at Locanda Fiorita. The location is perfect for walking to St Marks (10 mins) not too close or busy but further enough away to be much quieter. It is also very close to Dorsoduro, which has great galleries and affordable and typical Venetian food. The hotel is also 3 minutes walk from the airport Vaporetto, which runs regularly. "Lovely space to rest for the night with an awesome view of the canals. Safe, queit and clean. Nice to have a shower in our room, sharing the bathroom with four other rooms on the floor was easy, only waited once for using. There's a sink in the room so easy for getting ready night and morning. Breakfast was nice, continental style with boiled eggs. Super comfortable sleep. Would stay again. "It was our first Venice trip, and we are so happy we booked this place, amazing experience, beautiful island. 20 mins boat to Venice Mainland, and the boats run every 45 min. The hotel staff is very friendly. Food is fresh from the local farms. Highly recommend it!"

"I had originally booked a room with a shared bathroom, but upon recommendation from the hotel clerk, upgraded to a room that had the bathroom inside. That was the best choice I could have made. The room was in an area that had been recently renovated. The room was very spacious with a separate living room, and a very modern and functional bathroom. I didn’t get the breakfast option, but would recommend others to get it as the cost of a simple continental type breakfast in the restaurants...
