The room was exceptionally comfortable. Great bed, very quiet, and clean. The bathroom was well equipped, although anyone taller than 6ft may find the shower enclosure a little small. You really can't do much better in terms of location, with a private dock for water taxi dropoff+pickup, and about a 5 minute walk in either direction to St Marks Square or the Rialto Bridge areas. The staff were friendly and helpful in organising my taxi to the airport, and giving honest advice of a few good locations to eat and drink at nearby. Overall, highly recommended.

The staff truly made our trip better with guidance on local authentic restaurants, to suggestions of a daily private boat tour of Venice that runs daily directly from the hotel. The breakfast was delicious with a range of gluten free options and the room was clean and had a wonderful view of the canal-albeit slightly obscured by the construction and scaffolding of the building opposite.

Centrally located to some of the city's most iconic locations, while offering a quiet and authentic experience right on one of Venice's famous canals.
