    This is a stunning boutique hotel with just 16 rooms set in the great neighbourhood of Dorsoduro. We were welcomed with a drink of our choice and shown round the public areas including the garden, which will be beautiful in warmer weather. Our penthouse room was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed including coffee machine. All the staff were lovely and helpful especially the lady that ran the breakfast room making us fresh eggs and plenty of coffee. We didnt experience the spa so cant comment on that but maybe next time. Brilliant location whether arriving in Venice by bus or vaporetto.…

    The hotel is the best for price/quality! Clean, in the center, with good breakfasts. Some additional nice details. We had a cruise and stayed at the hotel one night prior the cruise and one night after. So, it was nice to leave the extra luggage at the hotel, and when we returned back it was waiting for us in our room already. And the personnel is very friendly: in the morning we found out the high tide, and our trip through the center to reach the airport finally was threatened (with 3 luggage and 2 children)) - personnel immediately showed the way to vaporetto station and literally saved us from that flooding! So, we really recommend it for hospitality and comfort! …
