The location couldn’t be more perfect—just steps away from St. Mark’s Square and right on the canal, where gondolas pass by throughout the day. Waking up to the sound of the water and the charm of Venice right outside the window felt magical. "We loved our charming rooms at Splendid. We had two adjoining rooms which was perfect for our family of four with teens. The staff are all super friendly and the location was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Wonderful in every way. Amazing location, literally just steps from the Rialto bridge and the transportation docks there. Also easy to find in the maze of Venice. The room decor was upscale “period” with lovely gold accents and inlays. Yes, the junior suite was small as listed and didn’t bother us a bit. The rooftop bar-lounge is wonderful with a great view of St. Mark’s basilica steeple. Yet, the room was quiet. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. I really can’t say enough about this great hotel!"
