I’ve stayed at hotels in Milan and Rome and this hotel in Venice was the best one. Room was spacious. Breakfast buffet had great quality food. The best part was they had housekeeping twice a day, so our room was always clean and had fresh towels! Never seen that anywhere else, even in the US. Will definitely come back to this hotel whenever I visit Venice.

Very well situated with helpful staff and nice, albeit overheated (open a window, turning down the thermostat is ineffective) well situated with excellent breakfasts (free for small children). Would stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, with a pier so accessible by boat directly from the airport, short walking distance from Rialto and San Marco. Friendly staff and lovely breakfast.

Staff were mostly helpful (except for their handling of a stolen item in the room). They need to separate the concierge activities from the reception to avoid long delays checking in / out. People were spending 15-20 minutes at reception asking fro advice on the loca area. This should be handled by the concierge to avoid long delays checking in and out (as I experienced too). Hotel is lovely. Great location. Good facilities. Nice breakfasts (though expensive). Will likely need some modernization soon, however. My canal view room wasn't really worth the extra charge as you have to lean out of the window to see any view at all. Recommended still.
