"Lovely hotel with attentive staff. Covid measures meant that breakfast was a bit slow, but it was a good breakfast and as long as we got there before 9am there was no queue. Comfy bed, well stocked bathroom. The room was a bit small, but as we only needed it for sleeping it wasn't too much of a problem ..."

"Hotel in a great location, across the bridge from the station, and less than 10 min to bus stop to airport. We decided this because of the luggage we had and easy to go from train station and back. This location was perfect for us as we arrived by train and the walk from the train station to the hotel was less then five minutes. The walk to main attractions (Rialto Bridge, St. Mark's square) was about 28 minutes walking. Overall, good hotel and we were pleased with our stay. AC blew cold, bed was comfortable, room was clean and staff was friendly.

The hotel is located in a perfect spot for all the tourists attractions and ferry service is right in front of the hotel. Like a 10 minute walk to all the great shopping stores. Plenty of restaurants around.

Absolutely loved staying at this hotel. We were upgraded to the suite that looks out onto the grand canal. Fantastic staff, good food, excellent service, great location. Will definitely stay here again and will definitely tell my friends and family to stay here also.
