"Great staff! Beautiful hotel! Rooftop restaurant is nice and convenient but not too many choices in the menu and room service. Our food was delicious. Some construction is going on but not a concern. Room Is heavily perfumed and there is no option to open a window. Centrally located. Nice hotel but small."

It’s quirks--steps up into the bathroom—were more than offset by its assets—good natural light, excellent bedding, lots of hot water, incredibly quiet. Especially enjoyed the central location—steps from upscale shopping, restaurants, Buckingham Palace, Green Hill tube station. "
