Staff were pleasant and accomodating. Hotel was under renovation during our stay which explains the lack of ammenities. Check before you book as the area gets very busy and street closures whenever there is a game. Great location if you’re watching the game.

The staff were very poorly informed of services in the hotel. The check in took far too long. The transport from terminal 5 and back is pathetic! All the hotels need to get together to provide a comfortable reliable transport. For this reason I cannot recommend this hotel at all.
