Deludente per il prezzo

Stanza senza aria condizionata, posizione su strada di passaggio quindi non puoi aprire la finestra. Può andare in inverno ma non in estate con 32°. In compenso il ventilatore era abbastanza silenzioso.

The room was not good for travelers Very poorly arranged room. Very dark with poor lighting. Very warm and no windows to open. No place for suitcases. Very unsatisfactory stay.

Camera Piccolissima

Posizione comoda vicino alla stazione. Stanza microscopica. Bagno minuscolo e il lavandino è talmente piccolo che non ci si riesce neanche a lavare la faccia. Non c'è aria condizionata e quella sera si boccheggiava in camera.

Hotel area is very good and very convenient

They should need to improve some services such as reception not available some time. To me they provided internet access for two days every time and I don't know what is the reason behind even I was staying there from May 17 to 26/2017. Hotel located in super supper area and bunch of restaurants around bus and train station very close.

Clean and tidy room - comfortable bed, and good, free wifi connection; however very warm in the room (didn't seem to be any aircon.) The shower head didn't fit in the wall bracket/was broken so had to hand shower. Only 1 socket that a British-EU adaptor could fit into (all others were recessed into the wall so wouldn't fit an adaptor.) One bedside lamp didn't work, TV channels difficult to navigate through. Bottled water provided for free; however only sparkling water.

Zentralgelegenes Hotel - Ideal für Wochenendtrips

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen (ca. 6 Minuten von Bahnhof entfernt), besitzt Gratis Parkplätze und das Empfangspersonal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind heimelig und anständig eingerichtet. Das Single-Bett ist mit 1.40m breite sehr grosszügig bemessen.

Great superior room

I had a superior room and it was great: - clean, modern room - good size (altought not too big, but ok) - comfy bed - polite reception staff - near the railway station I left my luggage at the reception until the afternoon without any issues

relatively expensive shoebox kind of room

i needed a room in Zug on short notice for 7hr sleep only in centre of Zug. i too k this which looked not so expensive. But if you compare size and everything else withbother hotels it becomes a kind of shoebox hotel where you can hardly turn inside the room. the suitecase you have to open on bed etc....

we are still joking about our time in swiss jail

total room size include the bathroom was 8' x 6'. had to store some of my baggage in the shower to get room to use the desk. still not sure how they made it look like a room rather than a jail cell in the online pictures.

At first odd, but great hotel

Nice hotel, the receptions a bit odd, it's really made as a self checking self checkout hotel, so the reception wasn't much to look at and small, but then you go up the and the rooms are quite nice. My room was very clean, big and spaced out. Nice desk. Wifi speed is quite fast, properly usable.

Es geht.....

Nahe vom Bahnhof Zug gelegenes Hotel an einer lärmigen Hauptstrasse (Baarerstrasse) und nahe einer Kirche (Glocken). Ruhig, wenn Doppelfenster geschlossen, sonst zu lärmig. Sehr kleine Zimmer und Bett. Ansonsten keine Infrastruktur (im Parterre ein Schnell-Imbiss), Zimmer über normalen Hauseingang erreichbar.
