Very Nice
Easy to find, interesting and idyllic property. Lovely owner. For the price, can't think of anything I'd change.

Interesting, comfortable first floor apartment.
The apartment was situated on the first floor of an old mill building in a quiet location outside of Pocklington. The gardens are very pretty and you can hear the mill stream which runs underneath the building. The sitting room is a reasonable size and the kitchen-diner compact but fairly well equipped. There is a shower over the bath in the bathroom which was clean and functional. Both bedrooms are adequately sized and have views over the gardens. The shared hallway has access to a small conservatory with a staircase to a shared landing: on the landing are doors to both apartments. The apartment is generally old-fashioned, as is appropriate for an old building. If you prefer modern fixtures/fittings/furniture this may not be for you, but we had a very comfortable stay, with good nights' sleep and have absolutely no complaints.
