"Dinner menu diversified and good."

"In paying for an executive room, amenities such as the coffee machine were included. However this didn’t work, one of the plug sockets didn’t work and the bathroom sink was blocked. We contacted Reception who advised they would send a replacement machine up but it didn’t materialise. There were no assurance checks in place to ensure this happened. I also messaged the property twice in advance to ask for a late check out by 1 hr, with no answer to my actual question. However the gentleman on arrival on reception was helpful and did this for us. Overall this was not the best Leonardo we have stayed in, having stayed in multiple across major cities. To pay for an upgraded room with poor facilities and no apology is disappointing and questioning the brand name in the future. "

"Very clean. Soundproofing was excellent given the location. Check-in and check-out was painless. All the staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. One minor gripe would be the lack of USB charging points in our room."

"I was in a car rental, dropped my family and returned the car. The lady at the front desk said the airport bus was ‘not always’ reliable, but it was for us. "

"Room could have been better there was someone else left over food in the mini fridge. A panel in the bath room fell off the wall when i opened the garbage can"

"Disappointed by management. Our room electrics blew: a spark came out the light switch. The very helpful electricians haloed us and we moved rooms but NO comment from reception managers re this huge inconvenience whilst we were in bed. Disappointing. I emailed direct on email used to commmnicate over special assistance so it is being ignored"
