The space to eat and the kitchen pictured are not exclusively part of the booking, and are shared with multiple other rooms. The kitchen is not well equipped even for making tea/coffee with no mugs, cups or glasses available or even washing up liquid. "Property was ok, garden is in a terrible state and needs attention. Wasn’t well provisioned for the size of the parties that would book it. Needs some immediate attention but not at huge cost. Company were responsive and available which helped."
