really quiet, good room comfort, can't believe you guys carried the room service trolley up the stairs - didn't have coffee replenished in the room, would have preferred if there was cold platter choice for breakfast

My first room there was toilet paper down the toilet, I flushed it and it was blocked, the hotel was unable to send anyone to unblock it, I asked to be moved, the new room was 2 single beds, the sheets were clean, the room looked as if it hadn't been hoovered since New year's, as there was party popper string on the floor, among other bits, the overall house keeping is not good, as the corridors was dirty also.

Uncomfortable Stay at VH Bracknell
I had the most awful experience at the hotel and would request a full refund. I have raised my complaint with two managers both Charlie and Josie. My complaint is directly against two staff members who caused me to feel very uncomfortable. Aside from this the cleaners failed to change my towels or bedding for my second night. The shower was dirty, my bedding on arrival had two stains on the sheet
