Be aware however that it is on the fourth floor with no lift. The location is perfect, only 5 mins walk from the Rynek (main square) and with a number of mini markets and restaurants on the street outside. We would highly recommend a stay here. Thanks for a great stay! Toilet seat needs replaced as it keeps coming off of hinge despite repairing a few times during our stay. The woman on the phoen was particularly agrressive and arrogant. I asked for a one hiur extension and she was totally hostile. I haven't seen a 10.00am check-out in all my traveling for the past 10 years. I love Poland and in general Polish people are very helpful, generous and hospitable, but this one, well, maybe the apartment company want to lose cunstomers because I will definutely not recommend them. I found another place from a lovely renter for half the price. They should use her on a training video on how NOT to talk to customers. ##### Ray O.
