Close to the beach. We had a 2 bedroom unit that had a big living area. Comfy beds. Would happily stay there again.

Called in advance to request an ironing board in my room, was assured one would be there - there was not. I arrived during reception’s “open” hours, but reception was closed and my key in an outdoor box. I had received a code for the key box but when I opened it was suprised to find 10 other keys in there - zero security. Felt even less when I got to my room and found the balcony glass door unlocked and wide open. I contacted the contact number provided to ask about the ironing board, received no response, and had no access to an ironing board for the duration of my stay (which was a work trip). The final issue was that housekeeping is once weekly - which would be fine, if the room was adequately stocked for my stay. There were no additional bin liners provided, not toilet paper. I ended up having to buy my own toilet paper to avoid the several hundred dollar “after hours” call out fee, which was just ridiculous. Will not stay again, would not recommend.

The location was very good but the property was quite run down. Also my daughter left her Bluetooth headphones in the room by accident, I called up after we left and told the lady exactly where they were beside the bed. When we went to pick them up the young girl at reception said she didn't see them and apparently she cleaned the room herself. 🙄 She either didn't look very well or had kept them for herself. Sad that this has been our final impression of the property and because of this we won't be returning or recommending to friends.

Booked room with twin and queen beds but was a single and queen. Was told theyve never had twin beds despite being advertised. The air conditioner wasnt functioning properly.
