Parkplätze sind in der Nähe ebenfalls kostenfrei verfügbar. Die Wohnung hat eine angenehme Größe, und die Küche mit Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine ist einfach top. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Allerdings gab es bereits bei der Ankunft einige Unannehmlichkeiten: Direkt vor dem Eingang zur Wohnung stand ein Einkaufswagen von Aldi, die ganze Zeit. Darüber hinaus bestehen einige Mängel: Der Wasserhahn in der Küche ist locker, die Mikrowelle defekt, und das Lüftergebläse im Bad ist recht laut. Die WC-Bürste ist abgebrochen, und im Wohnbereich dauert es eine Weile, bis das Licht vollständig leuchtet. Die Türklinke an der Eingangstür ist ebenfalls locker und sollte bald repariert werden. Die Schlafcouch wirkt leider durchgesessen. Beim Duschen fiel einfach die Duschhalterung von den Fliesen. An einigen Wandbereichen könnte die Farbe ausgebessert werden, und die Terrasse würde von einer gründlichen Reinigung profitieren. Zudem sollten die Fingerabdrücke auf den Glasflächen im Terrassenbereich (vom Vormieter) entfernt werden. Auch die Entfernung von Vogelkot im Sichtbereich der Terrassenverglasung wäre sehr gut gewesen. War nicht toll beim Essen! Das Bett.... Ein Traum mit kleinen goodies dabei Im Bad eine riesige Dusche, einfach nur toll.
