The house is new and has a well equipped kitchen, great garage for parking and the hot tub was a bonus. The bunk bed in the hallway is not a bedroom, it is a bump out that is very small and sound travels straight up the stairs into that space. The bedrooms are just big enough to fit a bed, no nightstands which was annoying to us. The mattresses were very uncomfortable and each sleeper is provided with one pillow, so if you're driving in, bring pillows. Only location complaint is that currently there is construction going on right out back. Once that is complete should be quieter. But beautiful condo, great hot tub, great amenities. During this particular stay, we encountered an issue with an appliance and contacted the customer service representative. She was extremely helpful and quickly had a repair person on site. We could walk to restaurants and shops and we were on the orange line to Winter Park to ski. We had issues with the Wi-Fi and a tech was there within a few hours to address our issue. We had a great kitchen and grill to make dinners. The hot tub on the roof is awesome. The furniture is new and the layout of the property is great. We highly recommend this property!! ##### Stacey A. We had a great time staying in Winter Park. We really enjoyed the place. Only two minor complaints were that we had issues with the hottub, and that it would have been helpful to have more information provided by the rental company on where to dispose of trash and recycling.
