City Club Suite - #52 Eugene O'Neill

Our guests say this is a hidden gem in historic downtown Wilmington! This one-bedroom suite features a private bath, kitchen, and temporary membership to Wilmington's exclusive City Club. Enjoy a comfortable living room complete with desk, sofa and Roku TV. Sleep in the luxury king-sized bed and relax in the large jacuzzi tub or stand-up shower.
Please note that the fireplaces are not functional, as they are many years old and just not safe. We hope to have them back for winter 2025. Also, we no longer provide parking with the stay. There are numerous paid and free parking spaces in the downtown area.
The Inn at City Club is within walking distance of many other fine and casual dining restaurants, coffee shops, nightclubs, and local theaters.

Great Location / Amazing Host

This is truly a great location. It’s center to all of the bars, nightclubs, and historic downtown, however one street away, which keeps most of the noise out during the night. Beautiful little place. The host was very communicative and amazing! Tom responds immediately. Will absolutely be staying again!

Historically Beautiful

The area did not disappoint. There are plenty of places to walk for coffee, lunch, dessert, etc. It was quiet and full of activity at the same time.

Amazing STAY! Perfect Location

We loved our stay! Conveniently located to everything in the Historic Downtown Wilmington. We walked to our favorite places multiple times throughout our stay. Highly recommend checking out Dram & Yard, Seabird and Bespoke Coffee! The place was absolutely perfect for our stay with the historic charm. Tom was super communicative throughout the check-in and stay! We would absolutely stay here again!

Modern comfort with historic charm.

Awesome location in the middle of downtown Wilmington. Lots of restaurants and nightlife surrounding the City Club. It’s a Perfect spot for a weekend getaway! Lots of historic charm in the space with a very comfortable bed. Love having a separate living space and kitchen area, perfect for staying multiple days. We will definitely stay here again!

What a BEAUTIFUL place. The room is charming, super clean and fits the time period very well. This VRBO is right in the heart of downtown with walking distance to TONS of restaurants and things to do. The hosts were super nice and very communicative
