Roomy, comfortable room
We were in town for a Wichita Thunder game, and decided to spend the night. I was excited to find a reasonably priced room for less than $100 that had 4 queen-sized beds in it. The room was perfect. The shower was wonderful, and the TV impressive. It was a little tricky to watch TV from one of the beds, but that wasn't a big deal. The breakfast was a different story. It ended at 9:00 a.m. on a Sunday morning, which I think is pretty early for a weekend. By the time we woke up and rushed downstairs at 8:45, there were no sweet rolls, no coffee, and no waffle batter. No staff came in to replenish any supplies while we were there--they just locked the door so nobody new could come in to eat. If you've traveled with teenage boys, you'll understand why this is disappointing! A bowl of cereal and some juice do not satisfy growing kiddos.
