Super spot for Whitby which was a short drive & park 'n' ride away! The room was comfortable & clean, with a great view!! The staff all great & it gets very busy, no surprise to me, as the food is exceptionally good but a small menu. No issue to me on a 3 night stay. Nothing negative to say tbh, if I ever come this way again, it will be my 1st "port of call"!! Recommend to anyone, single, couple or whatever. Loved it!!

The Plough is a pleasant little place proprietors and staff were very friendly and willing to please where they could. Under current circumstances they swapped people round so we had a table for the full night we were there. Would definitely stay again

Proprietors were pleasant & welcoming. Breakfast excellent. I found the bed hard & very uncomfortable, although my partner thought it was fine!

Lovely pub with great food, hosts and staff
Hosts Darren and Simone were very welcoming and the staff couldn't have done more to make me feel welcome. Food was excellent. Recommend the homemade game pie and treacle sponge if it's on the menu. I stayed in double room number 2. Very clean and comfortable. Only negative was the shower pressure which was quite poor. Overall a pleasant stay and would recommend.
