Inside, the open-concept design blends modern style with comfort, featuring spacious living areas, a state-of-the-art kitchen, and an elegant dining table that seats 8—perfect for family gatherings or intimate dinners. The primary bedroom features a king bed, ensuite bathroom with both a rainfall shower and soaker tub, and patio access. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed and their own ensuite bathrooms. The living area includes a pull-out sofa, HD TV, and a gas fireplace, providing a cozy retreat for all guests. Guests have exclusive access to the main level of the home. Please note that long-term tenants reside on the lower level, which is a completely separate space. The property is well-divided to ensure privacy, and tenants will not interfere with guest use of any areas. Tenants do not have access to guest amenities such as the garage or hot tub, though they do use the street parking directly in front of the property. Outpost guests are kindly reminded to remain within the designated guest areas on the main level and are not permitted to access tenant-occupied spaces. Would add that you should expect the temp in the house to be about 2-3 degrees higher than the warmest temp of the day. This is because it is tough to cool the house down (there are not many windows with screens which is v important given mosquitoes in Whistler). Depends on how much heat you can tolerate but even moderate daytime temperatures during our stay found it tough to stay cool. 2) The house has some maintenance issues. Dishwasher was broken when we were there and screens on several of the windows were out of order. 3)Photos of the property don't really demonstrate how little natural light gets into the house. The living room has a few small slit windows at the top of the wall and the side of the building with full size windows faces immediately into the side of a hill.
