Payment/Refund Policy: Unless otherwise stated on the property listing, all payments are non-refundable, however, should the guest elect to cancel its reservation, Marquis will use best efforts to work with the owner of the property to reopen the dates of the reservation in attempt to re-book the property (please note the decision to reopen dates is the owners'). Should Marquis be successful in re-booking the property for the original dates at the same or higher price than the original reservation, a refund less a 20% penalty, calculated as 20% on the total reservation amount, will be issued to the guest once payment is collected in full for the new reservation. If a new reservation is not made, the guest may use the property for the dates of its original reservation so long as payments have been made in accordance with the payment schedule established at the time of booking and Marquis is notified in writing 72 hours or more prior to the start of the reservation.

Great place for a relaxing get away. Location is great and private beach access can’t be beat. Our dog enjoyed the vacation as well.

Great little bungalow
The bungalow was clean and the bed was comfy. There's a couch in the next room over that is great for relaxing and conversing. There is no TV and rightfully so. The Little Neck Bay is in your backyard and the National Seashore right across the street. The private beaches were basically empty throughout our whole stay and that suited us just fine. There's just plenty to see and experience when you're in the Hamptons.

My Bungalow was an absolute gem. Beautiful, cozy, clean and with exactly everything you need, not to mention all the complimentary goodies. My favorite was having the bay where I was able to watch the most beautiful sunset and take my pup on his daily swims. I can't wait to return next summer.

Outdated but cute and great location
Perfect location, sandwiched between the ocean and the bay. Bungalow 6 is definitely the cheapest one and the least renovated and updated. Old and outdated and still lots of work needed on the floors and doors and windows. General neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. Very close to a lot of shops and restaurants.

Overall nice spot near the beach. Selected off season, mid week to keep away from crowds during the pandemic, and was generally happy with our choice. Biggest issue was the check in process. Person who met us was mask less, did not distance and came indoors to our room. It all seemed wildly unnecessary since the information was well communicated digitally before we arrived and had a lot of further information printed in the unit. Only useful item was pointing out the path to the beach (which is, indeed a little hidden). That could easily have been done from the parking lot, 6’ away. If you are supposed to request contactless check in, that is not made clear.

Such a great place to stay! It is like a small camping but with bungalows. Little beach shacks w two different beaches: ocean and bay. Nice terrace w grill, good bed, kitchen supplies bit limited but enough for simple cooking. Small fridge no freezing compartment but big yeti ice box. We loved our beach walks with dog and exploring The Hamptons from here. Would stay again!

Bungalow West Hamptons
The bungalow was adorable, very clean, and comfortable. I would suggest staying Thursday thru Sunday. A lot of restaurants have limited hours during early part of the week. The beach was clean and a hop skip across the street. The restaurant you need to try is Dockers. It’s on the water and food is excellent.
