"Internet good , clean , very small room and bathroom "

"Clean rooms and maintenance, cleaning & security staff very friendly. Check in guy was miserable and gave us no information on check in whatsoever. In room dining the worst I’ve experienced anywhere. Could let it go if it was reasonably priced but it isn’t. The location and view of Times Square was great but that’s all this hotel really has to offer. No explanation on check out of fees incurred. "

"Room was gross and not holding up well. We found a guest’s used mouthguard sitting on the floor of our bathroom. "

"This was my second overnight stay in Manhattan. I chose a room on the 12th floor and we had an awesome view of the city! Our room was much larger than I expected a typical room to be. The only Improvement would be a full length mirror outside of the bathroom. The room was clean and the few staff we came in contact with we're very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again!"

"Property is close/walking distane to broadway/theaters. outdated and not very clean. Had to change rooms. First room had cockroaches in the bathroom. Second room had stains on the walls and weird smell coming from the heating/cooling system when turned on. "
