Surrounded by over 500 Sylvester palm trees, this tranquil oasis offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle. Relax by the fire pit, fish off the dock, explore using the bikes or just take in the beauty. Take a stroll along the walking paths and swing in the shade of the majestic 100 year old Florida banyan palm. House has a coded security gate and is close to everything. The space Space is fully renovated, modern farmhouse, upstairs studio apartment. Everything is brand new. Space offers one open bedroom with a queen bed. There is a small fouton that folds out to a twin bed (sleep a child or small adult). The bathroom has a walk in shower with glass doors. This room offers its own private balcony for relaxing and wathcing the sunset or having a coffee at sunrise listening to the birds. The room has a flat screen smart TV, coffee maker and a desk for working. If you need more space, there is another studio availble and also an A-Frame farmhouse that can be reserved. See my listings for details. Guest access You will have shared access to the tree swing, the fishing dock, walking paths, fire table, bicycles and patio. These areas are shared but we only have one other studio on the property so it is pretty secluded. Other things to note This property is located within 2 miles away from a grocery store, bank, coffee shop, and other retail establishments. It is just 3 1/2 miles away from one of the nicest preserve nature parks in the county, filled with nature, hiking and kayaking opportunities. It is also only a 15 minute drive to the ocean and fine dining resturants on PGA Boulevard.
