This unique villa perched on a hilltop is only 3 km away to Stoupa village and 1 hour drive to Kalamata KLX Airport. Villa Arsinoi has 2 bedrooms, one on ground floor with ensuite bathroom and one on first floor with family bathroom. On ground floor the living area is open to the dining area and to the fully equipped kitchen. The large private swimming pool is in the same level with the front semi covered veranda. Situated on a 4000 m2 secluded plot enjoying a large private swimming pool overlooking Messinian Gulf offers full privacy and panoramic sea views with spectacular sunsets. Villa Arsinoi located on the top of the plot. In the same plot situated also the other two detached villas of the complex Rathimata villas. All the villas feature private outdoor pools and BBQ. LAYOUT : The accommodation at ground floor consists of open plan living area with dining, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, utility room with washing machine and one bedroom with twin beds and ensuite bathroom. Two patio doors leading to a very spacious semi covered veranda enable you to dine outside. From the veranda you can reach the stone paved pool area (in the same level) and the BBQ. The Private Pool ( 4m x 9.5m ) with large pool steps is equipped with sun loungers, outside shower and has professional maintenance. The view from the pool is breathtaking and there is full privacy in the pool area. An internal staircase leads on the upper floor of the villa where you will find the master bedroom with double bed and full bathroom with shower. The bedroom has direct access to a front veranda with amazing sea views, as well a rear spacious veranda with mountain and sea view is also available in this floor. The living area has two patio doors, two windows and the entrance door. The twin bedroom has one patio door and back door. The double bedroom has three windows and one patio door. The rear veranda in upper floor offers shade in the afternoon. We spent some amazing days in this beautiful house of Akis! It is located in the hills above Stoupa with an amazing view over the coast and the mediterranien sea- specially on sunset. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten baulichen Zustand und war bei Übernahme absolut sauber. Einmal in der Woche wurde das Haus komplett gereinigt. Das Haus ist das oberste in einem Komplex von 3 Häusern und liegt sehr ruhig. Auto ist aufgrund der Lage erforderlich. Wir habe es 2 Wochen genossen und würden es auch wieder buchen. We were met in Stoupa by the owner Akis,and he took us to the the Villa where we would be staying.Akis spoke very good English,and could,nt have been more helpful. The villa is fairly high up in the mountains,so I would say a car is essential.The villa is approached via a steep driveway,but you soon get used to it.It is surrounded by lovely gardens,with many kinds of flowers and cacti.It is a two storey building,with a large wrap around terrace on the ground floor to two sides,complete with outside table and sunbeds.Upstairs there are two further terraces.The house was spotless,and really well equipped with all that you will need.The furniture is really comfy,and we settled in immediately.All mod cons are present,along with the all important Air Conditioning.(Plus Wi-Fi). The views out over Stoupa,and the bay are breathtaking,and you would hard pressed to surpass them,along with the most beautiful sunsets. If you are looking for a relaxing quite,and stunning location,then the Villa Arsinoi is hard to beat. My wife and I can highly recommend this property,along with meeting the owner Akis. There is a terrace for every time of day to be in or out of the sun, incredible views over the bay and the mountains. Being above the town of Stoupa means that it is very peaceful and you benefit from the cool breezes. You can tell that the owner is an architect, it is so well designed. We spent many happy hours on the terrace, but it is also a great base for exploring this fascinating part of the Peloponnese. It was spotlessly clean and well-maintained and the owner was very helpful.
