Inside, the notable features of the property include a sociable open plan living area with a wood burning stove, a well-appointed kitchen and a separate practical utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge freezer and drying rack. Upstairs, three well-appointed bedrooms offer a combination of king-sized, double and twin bedrooms. All are well served by a first floor en-suite and family bathroom and a ground floor cloakroom. While the outdoor space at Lovedays is limited to a small paved area at the front adorned with a table and chairs, the property compensates with its prime location and the convenience of street parking for unloading and loading and a public car park 30 metres from the property. The owner generously offers to reimburse guests for a weekly parking ticket at the nearby car park, just a few meters away from the cottage. With excellent positioning in the heart of Wells-next-the-Sea, Lovedays offers easy access to the vibrant quay with its charming fishing boats and a host of shops and dining options. Nearby establishments such as the renowned Crown Hotel and the Golden Fleece provide excellent choices for meals and entertainment.
