"$20 to park is too expensive and is a money grab. This should have been included in the price for a suburban hotel. The pool was a nice addition and our kids loved it. The front desk doesn’t answer the phone. We only received 1 towel for showering (the pool has separate towels). I called the front desk and couldn’t get through. Starbucks is nice but the staff is very slow. There were 4 people in line and it took about 25 minutes to get a black coffee at 7am. People were loud in the hallways until about 1am. I’m not trying to confront people drinking in the hallways. Again, the front desk phone should be answered to resolve these types of things."

"The employees were so helpful, including front desk, cleaning etc. The room was immaculate. The grounds are kept impeccable. Parking is easy and accessible. Thank you so much for a great stay!!! Oh forgot the pool is so nice and warm, just right to relax in after a workout in your beautiful gym."

"Room was nice and large, very clean. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast buffet is a bit overpriced for options and quality. Their marketplace for snacks, drinks, and ready to-go items is VERY overpriced (i.e. $12 for a 33 oz bottle of smart water). Wi-fi is free but cuts out regularly, especially if a conference going on which seems like it could be an incentive to "encourage" one to purchase the "premium" wi-fi. "
