Das Haus, das Ihnen von morgens bis abends Sonne bietet, liegt ca. 200 m vom Waginger See, den wärmsten Badesee Bayerns, mit Blick auf den See und die Umgebung. Die Strandbäder sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Nichtraucherhaus mit See- und Bergflair befindet sich in einer wunderbaren Landschaft. Sie bewohnen das Einfamilienhaus mit Garten alleine; die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoß. Die schöne, überdachte Terrasse zur Seeseite lädt zum Relaxen ein. Fühlen Sie sich wie zuhause bei uns in Bayern zwischen Bergen und See. Für die Hundehalter, Garten ist nicht eingezäunt, direkt ab Haus ist man schnell auf einer ruhigen Spazierrunde, Hundekotsäcke/Mülleimer 200m entfernt.
