Visit Rock in a house 5 mins from the beach, with its own sauna, garden and parking. Space to BBQ, eat outside or use the log burner in the winter. Shops, pub and restaurants all within walking distance as is the Golf Course and various water based activities. Ferry to Padstow. Near to Coastal path.
The house itself used to be our family home, so is well equipped in the kitchen and with childrens toys in the garage. We are dog friendly (2 well behaved dogs downstairs). The house has 3 shower rooms and an outside shower to cater for those who like the beach and sea. Plenty of parking and an EV charge point.
