"Не понаслышке зная воронежские пробки, я искал отель на нужном берегу реки и нашел "НеЧаев". Немного смутил бильярд в одном помещении со стойкой регистрации)) Но сам отель находится в помещении рядом, с отдельным входом с улицы. В целом, всё хорошо: тихо, спокойно, кондиционер работает, завтраки вполне хорошие. В моем номере была скрипучая кровать - вот и всё, к чему можно придраться. Номер большой, окнами выходит во двор."
