The rustic country house at the edge of the forest is located somewhat away from the municipality of Volders in the picturesque Inn Valley, directly at the Großvolderberg. In winter, the region transforms into a paradise for ski tourers and also offers a wonderful backdrop for sledging. In just 15 minutes you can reach the well-known Glungezer ski area, which invites you to a wonderful day on the slopes. But the family-friendly mountain also has plenty to offer in summer, such as the world's largest ball run in open nature, the "Kugelwald am Glungezer". The world-famous Swarovski Crystal Worlds in Wattens are also reachable in just a few minutes by car.



The house has been carefully restored by the owners with great care and attention to offer modern comfort without losing its traditional charm. The cosy solid wood parlour, which originates from an original alpine hut, and the tiled stove provide cosy hours with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and is perfect for a self-catering holiday. A separate storage room with refrigerator and freezer provides practical storage space. The spacious round table with bench seating and chairs invites you to sociable meals. The living room impresses with several comfortable seating areas and large panoramic windows that offer a wonderful view of nature.



Three lovely bedrooms with comfortable double beds guarantee restful nights. The comfortable bathroom and three separate toilets provide plenty of space and enable a pleasant stay for the whole family or group of friends.



A highlight of the country house is the large terrace and expansive garden, which invite you to relax outdoors. For absolute relaxation, there is the whirlpool bath and ergonomic recliners in the basement – the perfect place to unwind completely after a sauna session in the private sauna.
