Plenty of beds, plenty of bathrooms, plenty of fun! Pool, game room, hot tub is a little on the warm side so we didn’t let little kiddo in too much. And we had doggos. The owner's were incredibly flexible with our requests and communication was always excellent. What an inviting neighborhood, what an extraordinary house, what an amazing view! The pool was wonderful! Our kids and their cousins had a wonderful time. The solar heating for the pool was excellent and plenty warm in July. The property was well cared for and clean. An amazing feature was the tankless water heater, endless hot water when we were all showering after swimming. Michael and Jimmy were extremely responsive during our stay. Everything was better or as advertised! As a particular plus, the property managers were extremely responsive. We would absolutely stay at this property again. The only hiccup was that we were unable to heat the pool in time for our use - this was no one's fault though - the property manager tried to heat it but needed the wifi/the wifi was out when he tried to start heating it a day in advance. We were at a wedding when he reached out about the wifi (which just needed a reset) so it was a little too late to heat the pool by the time we responded to his message. Starting out the communication was excellent and all information provided to make check in so smooth it felt like we were just at a home away from home. The neighborhood feels safe and the house is welcoming and open. Parking fit 5 mid size cars easily. Our kids were in their swim suits before we had a chance to open our suit cases. The ease of preparing food and sharing family time was great. It had something for everyone and we will be back. We had infants to adults, and each enjoyed their time. Our family has already asked to rent this again next summer and make this a regular family vacation. Thank you hosts for making this spot easy to enjoy! We booked this property for a family gathering, and it was exactly what we were looking for! The communication from the host was very clear, polite, and helpful. They were always available if we had questions, were very accommodating, and got back to us promptly. The check-in process was easy and straightforward! The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. The house itself had a great view. The driveway had plenty of room to park multiple cars. The front and back lawns were really nice. The backyard was spacious including the pool, and looked really lovely. The inside of the house was great, with a big kitchen and multiple places to sit, eat, and lounge. The rooms were very comfortable and had plenty of space for our family. Overall, we enjoyed how beautiful, clean, and spacious the property was. They even went out and bought a crockpot for us before we got there. Our requests were answered quickly. The location is amazing. Just 20 minutes from the beach and halfway between LA and San Diego. Morning coffee was wonderful!The house was roomy and nice, but could have been cleaner especially in the cabinets under the bathroom sinks.The management was patient with us, but it would have been helpful to have a centralized book of information to have explicit directions and rules which were the same as the online instructions.Overall, this home afforded us a home base for a fantastic trip. A lot of money for just two nights but overall had a good time. For the price, a heated pool should be considered included with rental and not ale cart. I booked it for my wedding party. It’s very spacious with lots of natural greenery and the owners are very accommodating for what you need. They offer to move furniture if you need it arranged a certain way. I even got to tour the property before my wedding party. Be sure to be transparent about what you are staying for. We enjoyed the pool/spa area and outside patio immensely (and where we spent most of our time). The view was nice, the set up secluded, the spa and pool were wonderfully designed, and there was lots of seating/lounging chairs. The game room opens up to the patio area making the entire back a really nice place to hang out. The house/kitchen had everything we needed and plenty of space to spread out. Loved the kitchen setup and were thankful it was well-stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood was really quite. Communication and response times were excellent, and hosts were accommodating to our needs. Overall, great place for larger groups/families and we would highly recommend it. ##### David M. Everyone pretty much had their own space (bed/bath). The pool and hot tub were amazing and there were plenty of pool floats and toys. The game room was fun and fully stocked with beach items. The kitchen was fully stocked with so many items (however, could've used more glasses/cups). There was plenty of space for everyone and plenty of things to do around the house so no reason to be bored. The house was open and spacious. It was located near plenty of shopping. The only negatives (which didn't really affect our stay): lots and lots of ants on the back patio, master shower handle was broken, the bed and pillows in the primary suite were very firm and the house didn't appear to be extremely clean (windows were filthy...hard to see through them, cobwebs on lights and splatter marks/crumbs in some areas) - there were also new clothing stickers left in th primary bathtub. It's definitely a rental home and I'm only sharing this to help set expectations for future renters but, overall, it was a great place for what we needed it for.
