House for 4 persons: approx. 85 m2, across two floors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, air conditioning and access to the terrace, which is furnished with seating and a barbecue. Additionally, there is a living room with air conditioning and access to the pool, as well as a guest WC. The first floor comprises two bedrooms with double beds, each equipped with air conditioning, as well as a bathroom with a shower.
