The hotel has a convenient location but can be noisy on weekends due to nearby bars. The lady who manages the hotel is very helpful if you have any issues. Like many hotels in Laos the condition is not the same as nearby Thailand so my rating reflects that. Everything worked in my room and the beds were comfortable. The hot water was good. If you stay there arrange transport with the hotel as it was much cheaper than doing it yourself outside with the tuk tuks. Many attractions are walking distance such as the popular waterfront and night market. Restaurants are everywhere although some are better located using your smart phone.
