Decent hotel, small rooms but with space enough for a couple of days. Check in and check out was easy and it was clean. The hotel is under renovation, hopefully soon will look better.

Good budget friendly option, basic and clean which was exactly what I was hoping for. Was able to leave my bag before check in. A tram stop right outside which can take you to a couple different tube stops to get into town.

We've been to Vienna before however we couldn't visit Schönbrunn. For convenience we choose this hotel and at the end satisfied with the location and overall value. In short comfy and clean room, many shops nearby, easy access to public transportation.

Great stay in vienna

Great bedroom and bathroom. Very clean. Note no fridges in European hotels, so unable to keep food or drinks cool. But a great stay in Vienna. Train and tram very close!

mattress had sunk down so made it difficult to get out of bed - not level with the sides of the bed frame (room 309) hotel decor getting bit dated now been staying there for at least 5 or six years and decor/furniture hasn't changed. area around not bad two decent supermarket shops, takeaways and resturants and transport. plently of shops/resturants within walking distance. very hilly. hotel located in residential area, I stay there because family live in area. its always been a good stay. would recommend

Basic no-frills property very close to Schonbrunn palace and bus stop right across the street, a few decent cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff is helpful. AC in building was out which made daytime uncomfortable - I was able to cool the room down by opening the windows in the evening BUT there’s a cafe next door with a loud smoking patio. Probably just a one-off since everything else was pretty ok. Bed comfortable, everything worked, clean enough. No major complaints.

Unfriendly staff, small room with no comforts.

We were there 2 days before a large group trip. The people at the front desk were quite unpleasant. They could not tell us if we could stay in the same room on the third night... we only found out on the third morning. There were no glasses fridge, or kettle.We paid the same as friends who had a lovely terrace and table and chairs down the hall from us. I would not return here. Breakfast was good.

Much better communication between staff and guests

"Self check-in" for which not enough information was provided. Very poor readiness of the person who came to the reception to solve the guests' problems. In my case, very quick help with the check-in process via WhatsApp (room and parking codes). The guest does not receive precise instructions for self check-in before arrival and cannot be sure whether he will have a reserved parking space. It is imperative to insist on self check-in before setting off on a trip! Breakfast modest but satisfactory. The lady in the restaurant was not informed that breakfast is included in the reservation if the reservation is made through hotels.com. Cleanliness of the room, restaurant and facility 4 out of 5 - quite good. We stayed in a triple room on the 5th floor. The biggest problem is poor communication between the few staff (manager on the internet, restaurant staff, support at the reception). A hotel with great potential and average implementation that may cause problems for some. Location excellent, close to Schoenbrunn, U-bahn and tram stations.

Nice place to stay

Very nice hotel, the room was clean and comfy, the bed was a little bit hard for my liking and pillow a bit lumpy but got well rested nevertheless. The room was otherwise quiet but the sounds from the corridor could be heard a bit too loud, but luckily were not too frequent. Breakfast was tasty with different types of bread and different meaty toppings, spreads and cheese, boiled eggs, yoghurt and cereal, fruit salad, different jams, coffee, tea and juice, all tasty and well enough to start the day with full belly. The staff was polite. The location was a walk distance from the Schönbrunn palace.

Check-in-code did not arrive on time ( one hour before Check-In ), we had to wait in front of the hotel. After communicating over WhatsApp we received the code 20 minutes later. After the check-in process started they had only one room for us and needed more time to give us the second one

Name of the hotel is different than the name online. There is no front desk. I did not receive the email with the details to get in on time. It was very hard to find the hotel and get assistance. The breakfast service is terrible with very unpleasant people and a distrust not allowing a simple woman's bag to be taken to the breakfast room. It is very unlikely that I will use this hotel again
