This cosy chalet of 180 m², with a breathtaking view of Lake Annecy, is located in a residential area on the heights of Veyrier-du-Lac and is composed of : \- a beautiful balcony, a pleasant terrace and a large garden with a superb view of the lake, \- a beautiful and large bright living room with a fireplace, \- two bedrooms with double beds, \- one room with a double bed, \- one bedroom with two single beds, \- a fully equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge, dishwasher) \- two bathrooms with showers, \- a bathroom with bath/shower, \- hoover, washing machine, hair dryer, ironing facilities, \- high chair, baby bed, \- Wifi and TV, \- private garage for the house at the foot of the garden.
