Stay awhile! This is a well maintained older property consisting of 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Plenty of beds, enough to sleep 10 people. There are 2 master bedrooms in this house. Plenty of gathering room for family and friends, a pool room with fooseball. There are a washer and dryer in the house as well as a fully functioning older galley kitchen. There is also an in ground, heated, screened in, back yard pool. Carport to park your car. This property is just a short walk from not only the beach (9 minute walk) but also parks, restaurants, the Art Museum, and Riverside Theater. Wifi and Cable included.

Wonderful older pet friendly home close to the beach, restaurants and dog park. The host was very friendly and attentive, checking in with us during our stay. Very happy that the pool was heated and the golf cart was a huge plus.

Wonderful older property near downtown and beaches. Heated pool and golf cart were favorites. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, and shops. Jim was a great host. He called to check in with us and responded to our needs. The only recommendation is to add beach towels. Great place and we booked again for next year.

The house was lovely and close to the beach. The golf cart was an added bonus. Our annual family vacation was fantastic thanks to the size of the house and the swimming pool. If we come back to Vero Beach again we will definitely come back to this house!

Perfect location

Until hurricane Milton came through we were enjoying our vacation at this property. Within walking distance of beaches and the Vero Beach downtown. We even had a golf cart to buzz around on! The home was very clean and comfortable.

Spring break with the family

We had a great time during our stay! There were a few hiccups at the beginning however the host quickly got back to us and helped! The kitchen supplies were unfortunately lacking so we only cooked there once which defeats a lot of the appeal of a house vs. a hotel. The pool was great! Overall the house could use some updates but a nice neighborhood and everyone seems very friendly. Great location!!

Good location close to park, shops and beach. Great pool. Great sleeping capacity for kids that go to sleep at different times. Golf cart a huge bonus for kids. Kitchen adequate. Host very available and accommodating. A wonderful holiday had by all ages (76-9 months)

Spacious house and the location is prefect to enjoy Vero Beach.

A great big rambling house, comfortably furnished; ideal for a large family to enjoy days at the beach followed by a dip in the backyard pool. The pool is heated, but a little chilly at 75 degrees. House has comfortable sleeping space for a quite a crew. Two tv’s, the one in central living area worked perfectly, but the second tv in bedroom did not work. We enjoyed our stay.

We loved staying here! There were plenty of beds and bathrooms for a larger family to all have their space and not feel cramped! The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils for larger families. The pool was perfect and in a screened room so no mosquitoes! The location was great as well because we could walk to the beach or up to a restaurant to eat in less than 10 minutes! 100% recommend! The host was so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed!

Great week!

We had a great week! Location, pool, and golf cart are a big plus! Lots of room for the 6 of us to have our own space, lounge around, or sit at the table and play games! Unique older property with lots of character! The kitchen isn't stocked with everything to do a lot of cooking, but we made it work. Would rent again, because like I said .....location, pool and golf cart were super additions to the property!

Great Getaway

We (me, wife and little dog) had a great February in Vero. The house is large enough to accommodate a good size family so we had room to spread out. Jim was a great host. Very easy to reach for questions.Close to Vero beaches, restaurants and shopping. Just a few blocks from Riverside Park where there's always something going on.The pool was great. Pool guy came once a week to clean and treat. Jim left us a golf cart that was too much fun. Best winter stay ever this year!

Vero Beach stay

We entered and were greeted by treats and holiday decoration lights. The home is in a great location is spacious and included a golf cart.It had been described as a dated Kitchen, but the real issue was a marginal supply of cooking utensils. One of the bathrooms had a ceiling that was peeling away. So it seems like a Vero beach price that slightly missed expectations.
