It consists of a large living room with sofas and armchairs on one side, and a dining area with a table for 6 on the other. A glass door gives access to the modern fully equipped kitchen. The hallway leads you to the double bedroom and to the 2 bathrooms (one with shower cabin and one with bathtub). The house is located in a lively area of the city, quite close to Piazza San Marco and many historical monuments. It is also near the main route for the Venetian Arsenal, which hosts the Art and Architecture Biennale. In the nearby area you can find various restaurants and cafes, as well as a well-stocked supermarket. The closest waterbus stop is San Zaccaria for easy and quick connections to all main attractions, as well as for the Alilaguna boat service for the Marco Polo Airport (Red Line and Blue Line). Venice has six districts, known as “sestieri.” Castello is the most populated and most popular district of the city of Venice. Among the most fascinating areas there is Via Garibaldi, with its many shops, bars, and restaurants that open onto the street. From here, you can experience the daily life of the many residents who meet up here to chat and shop. Nearby is the monumental Venetian Arsenal, where the boats and ships of the Republic of Venice were built. Today, it is a magnificent space in which the Venice Biennale hosts some of its art and architecture exhibitions.
