Decent hotel with some drawbacks
This hotel is about a mile out of town. The front desk, the restaurant and some rooms are well above street level. Other rooms, including our room, are well above that, with access provided by two outdoor elevators that ride tracks up and down. The first elevator goes up a few stories, then a second elevator goes up further.
There is a flight of steps to reach the first elevator; these are outdoors so waiting for this elevator might be in the rain. There is a fifty foot walk from the first to the second elevator, also outdoors. There is a short walk from the second elevator to the upper building entrance. At that point, there were two flights of outdoor stairs down to our room. We had two large bags that had to be carried up and down the stairs and no hotel help is available.
