Host was open to communication. There was a question of two property damages after the stay, one of which was already there when our group arrived but this was resolved in a timely and appropriate manner and the host was very cooperative. They also made reasonable charges for the minor damage our group incurred. Tip- Make sure to snap a photo if there are any preexisting damages and send to the host to avoid being charged. The property is in a decent neighborhood. The location was good and was easy to get to the Vancouver area. I rented a car which made the process go smoothly. The wi-fi work well. The kitchen was very clean. There was 4 people in my group and it was plenty of space. I feel it lacked wash cloths and paper towels. There were plenty of bath towels.
