It is one unit in a multi unit building and privacy is a little bit of an issue such as a door in the downstairs bedroom that connects directly to the adjoining apartment and taped shut with packing tap and a sign that says "do not open". There were no garbage bags or cleaning supplies and no coffee maker.The location worked well for us just minutes from the train station and downtown and easy to get to. The owner replied propmptly to inquiries. ##### Mike M. The property manager was not available for issues or questions through the stay. He NEVER responded. I had to reach out multiple times to get the code to even get into the place. We never recieved any instructions or helpful information. We arrived super late at night with no guidance on even the simple question of where to park or what the door number was. The house was clean on arrival. Warning, the basement room bed is like sleeping on a piece of plywood covered by a sheet. Also, the washer and dryer are shared and we didnt even find it till the morning we left. We did have an issue with the toilet that required a plunger. There was no plunger in the house. After waiting all day for an answer from the manager, which we never got, we went out and bought a plunger to use. The next morning, again no communication, there was a plunger on the front porch. If i could give 0 stars for the manager I would. So if you want to book this place, know youll get a clean place and better pray nothing goes wrong because you will not get any help. ##### KateLyn C.
