Excellent position

Posted 17-Jan-2018
This is situated near the city hall and the station. You are surrounded by shops, so you will hear city noise if the window is open. The air con was fixed very quickly, and pillows of your choice supplied. The staff are very helpful, particularly Tere in the dining room. I have a gluten free diet, some places are fab with this diet, this hotel supplied a roll and gf bun. Of course I could have the fruit, cooked breakfast and more. As a suggestion, there is a wonderful gf bakers called Celiacruz nearby and their gf croissants and pain chocolate were gf heaven. If a coeliac was offered these for breakfast it would make their day!

Nice Hotel, clean and comfortable

Posted 05-Dec-2017
Pros: Location
Cons: Bathrooms renewed
it is a good choice to stay. Excellent location in the center at walking distance from eveything. Some minor unpleasant episodes; the personnel working in breakfast area doesn't speak English and during the time you are enjoying a rich breakfast, you are asked several times your room number. Every time by a different person. Reception and breakfast area recently renewed; rooms quite comfortable People from the Reception desk are very polite and efficient.

Good location. Friendly staff. Decent looking room and lobby. Sound proofing in rooms very poor. Could hear movement in neighbouring rooms and corridors very clearly. Also WiFi didn’t work.

Nice hotel in the heart of city center

Posted 26-Oct-2017
Pros: Its central location and yet quietness
Location: The hotel is located in the most crowded part of city center but has very quiet environment inside. There are many shops and restaurants in that area.
Everything in this hotel was satisfactory. From airport to Xachiva Plaza which is a major square and 3-4 minutes walk to the hotel takes about 25 minutes by taxi or metro.. Metro is direct and cost 4.5 Euro. Bus 15 stops on the left side of the hotel across from Zara store and goes to the famous Art and Sciences museums and the opera house for 1.5 Euro. Everything in this hotel specially the very quiet central A/C was satisfactory.

Good location

Great location. The negative thing is that our single rooms has double bedding set ; who still use this formula in modern days??? We had to settle for half beds!!! Except that everything was good

Hotel was very well situated in walking distance to much of the central city. Has its own parking and breakfast buffet.
