Nice and cozy apartment located in one of the best-known buildings in the center of Valencia. This accommodation is perfect for a family or a small group of friends. Due to its excellent location you can visit the most emblematic monuments and areas of Valencia in a few minutes. The apartment has everything you need to make you feel at home. It is, without a doubt, an unbeatable option for your stay in the city and thus enjoy a well-deserved vacation.

This property is part of a residential apartment complex situated between fashion outlets on one of the main shopping streets in Valencia. It has a 24 hour concierge service. The apartment is on the 5th floor but there is a lift available. It is very convenient for restaurants,shopping ,sight seeing . These are all within walking distance plus it is only a 2 minute walk from Colon Metro Station should you wish to explore further a field. Both bedrooms and shower rooms are of good size . The en suite bedroom does not have access to direct light . It is an internal room with a glass pane in the dividing wall to provide some natural light from the other front bedroom. A blind is fixed to this window for privacy. I would highly recommended this property for its cleanliness , friendliness of the staff and situation. Just one small thing, my family stopped here for a week but were only provided with one small towel per shower room and one bath towel each.
