THE SPACE
While The Townie Cottages are a community development of 4 cottages, each unit is its own separate building and private space. Upon entering the 2 bedroom/1 bath Cottage Three, a welcoming open floor plan showcases the exquisite palette of Kate Marker’s furnishings providing the utmost in cottage luxury. The living area has a sofa with additional side chairs that face the gas log fireplace. Directly behind the living area is the kitchen featuring a large island with seating. A stack washer/dryer is tucked away in a closet. There is one bathroom located off the main living space. It has a large walk in shower and a double vanity. The primary bedroom has a king bed. The large secondary bedroom consists of twin-over-twin bunk beds and additional 2 single beds.

Guests will experience a large private outdoor space that wraps around from the front door to the back where the unit’s private hot tub, outdoor shower and a parking/charging space for a rented golf cart await them. Additionally, each unit will have 2 parking spaces located at the front of the development.

Each unit faces the shared landscaped space which is showcased by a 20’ by 40’ in-ground pool. Guests also have access to a pavilion that has a shared grilling area. Flanked on either end of the pool area, there are communal fire pit areas.

This cottage is part of the Townie Cottages Resort, a private community of 4 separate homes that share a 20’ x 40’ inground pool, communal fire pits, a pool pavilion with shared grilling area, and easy access to the serene beaches of Lake Michigan. From June 15th - August 24, 2024 this home has a 7-day minimum with check ins/outs on Saturdays only.

All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing a vacation travel insurance policy if you suspect that you will need to cancel your vacation.

Pets are not allowed at this property.
