It is situated along the border between Tuscany and Umbria, midway between Città di Castello and Umbertide. The estate consists of a main villa divided into four apartments and two separate cottages. Within the grounds there is a beautiful garden with a swimming pool (shared by all guests). CASA TERZA (sleeps 6) Located within the main villa, Casa Terza (217 sqm) consists of a large entrance hall (with a writing desk) which leads through to the dining room (with table seating 6) with French windows to the central courtyard, and a well-equipped, separate kitchen. A stone staircase goes up to the first floor where you will find a bright and airy sitting room (with sofa, chairs, and fireplace). A door from the living room leads you to a library/study and one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with bath). On the second floor, you will find one double bedroom (with double four-poster bed) with ensuite bathroom (with bath and basin) and a private terrace with wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. There is also a double/twin bedroom (with two single beds) with ensuite bathroom (with bath) and a guest bathroom (with toilet). Outside, doors from the living area lead you to an external staircase, which takes you down to a private seating area.
